Our Rental Policies
Our rentals are available year round with certain availability limitations according to seasons. The peak season is April 1 – Oct 1. During the off-peak season, rentals are available on a reservation only basis. If you need something that is not on this website, please call… if we don’t have it we will be happy to try and find it for you.
Delivery and Rates
- Peak Season, delivery of most items is generally within 15 minutes to an hour.
- Off-peak season requires a longer lead time for delivery according to the request.
- Umbrella and Chairs: We accept daily or weekly reservations and offer a 10% discount for reservations over $100. Daily call-ins before 9:00am will have priority set up by 10:00am. Call-ins after 9:00 will be put up as soon as possible- our goal is 30 minutes depending on location and request. Rental time is from 10:00am -6:00pm.
- Baby Furniture: Please allow 2 working days notice for baby furniture and medical mobility equipment. Delivery charge ($30) applies for all cribs.
- Beach Wheelchairs: At least a two week advance reservation for the beach wheelchair(s) is highly recommended.
- Weddings and special events: Appreciate a two week notice but will accommodate most short notice events. Minor changes are acceptable within two days prior to the event. Fifty ($50) dollar minimum order applies.
- Waverunners and watersports are available when weather conditions permit. Jet boat rides require at least a 24 hour notice.
We accept cash, checks made out to THE BEACH SERVICE and credit/debit cards with either Visa or Mastercard logos. We do not currently accept Discover or American Express. Receipts will be issued for all cash payments received. We reserve the right to change prices as necessary. Sales tax of 0.825 are added to all rentals. For party packages, please request at least 24 hours in advance.
