The Beach Service Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the beach going public with excellent customer service, employment and scholarship opportunities for our staff, and ongoing promotion of safe and environmentally friendly practices for our visitors meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations because ”Nobody should have a bad day at the beach”.
Goals and Objectives
- Operate beach rental businesses that provides the highest quality in customer services;
- Promote a positive attitude of appreciation, preservation and enhancement of the beaches and natural resources here on South Padre Island;
- Operate within the framework of our service agreements with the town of South Padre Island, business/property owners and Cameron County;
- Provide a safe and drug free quality work environment;
- Promote a friendly and supportive atmosphere with open lines of communication with other venders and business owners;
- Assist in volunteer first responder activities to promote the safety of the general public when necessary.
